A Residential conversion of 3 40sqm one bedroom apartments within a grade 2 listed building within the vibrant Soho neighbourhood has begun. The refurbishment will comprise full high end fit-out to 3 apartments including the upgrade and refurbishment of the roof and structural integrity of the building on a tight corner site in the close-knit urban fabric of the West End.
