Planning permission has been achieved for 1,200sqft of new retail accommodation. The units form the second stage of the overall development, following the completion of the first phase in 2014.
The building comprises a modern brick façade with pitched ‘folding’ roof and extended timber clad canopy, and is designed to match both the scale and mass of its residential surroundings.
